  Employing art, sound, customized herbal tea, meditation & energy sensing we will explore the Sacral Chakra as a collective. Bring an open heart & something for our class altar that sparks your creativity. We'll create a specialized bath salt blend and use intention to connect to the Universal flow within. A journey into our emotional landscape and relationships will be explored to assist with integrating our physical, mental, emotional & spiritual selves.
