Carpet Cleaning is only one of our skills. TSB Maintenance has been in existence since 1993, as a full service janitorial company. We do office cleaning, all floor types of restoration, and carpet cleaning at its best.
We perform all these tasks under the direction of the owner Stan Brown and his vast experience and knowledge of the business.

Prices start at $59.95 for 2 bedrooms + hall up to 400 sq. and $99 for any three rooms.
We offer free deodorizing. Stairs, upholstery and pet treatment are extra.

A. Remember that you get what you pay for. The lowest price doesn't always mean you get the highest quality job.

A. How does he make it look so easy to move the wand? Just focus with the passion to satisfy the customer.

A. Number of rooms starting with bedrooms, number of stairs, the last time cleaned and which method, and actually how dirty the carpet is.

A. Because we clean with a passion, and it shows in the end result.

A. For carpet cleaning people usually ask.......how long does it take to dry? With air flow, not long at all.

A. Too many to post.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. Steam cleaning is the best cleaning method. Carpet is made of material just like your clothes, and you wash them. So carpet needs to be cleaned the same way and dried just like the clothes dryer.........heat and airflow.
