- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to accommodate a range of repair solutions we have introduced a flat-rate system. This allows us to do hours of work without excessive cost for the client. Our only fee is for travel, and is a one time, $20 fee, that includes both pick-up and drop-off of your device. We offer discounts for both seniors and military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will get the run down of qualifications to feel assured their device will be in capable hands. Next comes breaking down the issue they are experiencing and ensuring we have an agreeable solution. Finally the customer will receive a break-down of our service guarantee, expected return time, and quote for the work specified.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of experience not only with computer repair, but a wide-range of IT related work. Including web management, sales, marketing, programming, and other areas. CompTIA A+ Certified (900 Series) covers PC hardware and peripherals, mobile device hardware, networking and troubleshooting hardware and network connectivity issues. Also covers installing and configuring operating systems including Windows, iOS, Android, Apple OS X and Linux. It also addresses security, the fundamentals of cloud computing and operational procedures. Finally, studying for Bachelors of Science Software Engineering
