Tanisha Stewart is relatively new to the catering business right now so she is experiencing growing pains. She was contracted to cater a 30 person party and overall did a great job. The food was outstanding and there were ample quantities of everything. The only hiccup to the whole experience was that she had got lost on the way to the event and was a little late on the delivery. Tanisha made the transaction right buy refunding the original gratuity with many apologies. I truly think that there were extenuating circumstances that day and she handled the issue very professionally. I would definitely recommend her service to others and use her services again in the future.

As a personal chef, I give Tanisha Stewart, chef, top marks. The sample meal she prepared for us was fabulous. That said, Ms Stewart arrived at our wedding venue three hours late, which had a very negative impact on our reception. I might have been more inclined to accept this situation if the food had been as good as that first meal, however, the dishes were bland and incomplete (sauces missing etc) after making our guests wait hungry for well over an hour and a half to be served. This also made our cake cutting late resulting in several guests having left without tasting the wonderful cake provided by Maribel's Dream Cakes. The servers, while friendly and trying hard were clearly inexperienced and inappropriately dressed. The bartender was excellent however put a tip jar out despite my having expressed to Tanisha several times that this would be unacceptable and that we would take care of his gratuity amply ourselves. Tanisha did not correct this, which is unfortunate for the young man as he did not therefore receive the very generous gratuity I had planned. All and all I have to say, do NOT put any important event in the hands of this caterer because though a talented cook, she does not have the experience, leadership ability, or work ethic needed to put together a large scale catering event.

Tanisha catored and event for 15 people. The food was amazing from the exotic sauces to the very elegant fruit,vegtable and cheese trayes.The main dish was fantastic ,fresh and delicious. The price for the event was very resonable. I was impress with her expertise and most important she has a very pleasant and impressionable personality. I would recommend her to any one. she meet all of my expectation and more.
