Introduction: Our customers speak. Here's what they have to say: "European Window Cleaning arrived on Sunday and did a remarkable job on all our windows, inside and out! It only took a couple of hours which would have taken my husband much longer than that, and my husband's back would be killing him afterwards. I work in a real estate office, and I will recommend Phillip and European Window Cleaning Company to everyone I work with and know. See you next year, Phillip!" - Elaine K., Puyallup, WA, 8/23/2011 (5-star rating) Why choose us? European Window Cleaning is the only locally owned company exclusively providing window cleaning services. Our sole focus is cleaning windows because we follow the philosophy that a jack of all trades is a master of none. We suspect that our competitors change their business to gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and even holiday lighting because they don't provide the quality needed to warrant repeat customers. At European Window Cleaning, we take pride in providing excellent and professional service and leaving sparkling, streak-free windows. Call us today, and mention Thumbtack to receive $20 off! Founded in 2010, European Window Cleaning's crew are fully licensed, bonded, insured, and guaranteed to leave your windows perfect. We are looking for new long-term clients to clean for years to come. We stand firm on our estimates, never raising prices after providing a bid. Also, we guarantee that you will be so amazed by how invisible we make your glass look that we won't ask you to pay a dime until you're satisfied! Make sure your other service providers do the same!

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

What Everyone Needs to Know Before Hiring a Window Cleaner. (Hire European Window Cleaning) Seriously, this guide should be very helpful... Hiring professional window cleaners can be a real treat. The first rule of thumb, don’t just hire anyone that calls themselves a professional window cleaner. You want to do some homework by asking questions and checking references. Below, is a list of questions to ask that will help you decide on whom to hire for your next window cleaning job. First Impressions You can tell a lot about a window cleaning company by the way the person answers the phone. Does a live person pick up? It's bad news if a message machine answers during regular business hours. Do they sound friendly and professional? If they sound rushed or grumpy, it could give your a preview of what is coming to your home. Do they answer all your questions? A professional company should have a knowledgeable employee handling the phones. Asking to call you back with an tough answer is acceptable, but most general questions should be easily answered right away. 1- Find out how big the crew is and exactly who is going to be doing the actual work. How many years of experience do they have? (A crew of two to three people with at least three years combined minimum experience is ideal.) 2- Does the window cleaning company carry a business license to operate in your city and liability insurance? 3- Does the company have its own employee’s, or do they send out sub-contractors? (Generally you want empoyees as sub-contracors tend to be over worked and under paid, meaning lower quality for your home. If they do use subcontractors, make sure that they are legal subcontractors listed with the state, and that they also carry liability insurance. Request proof. You will also want to interview the individual subcontractor that will be doing the job. Ask them all the same questions.) 4- Does the company belong to a window cleaning association? (Being members of a recognized window cleaning association means they keep up to date on the latest trends in the window cleaning industry.) 5- Before hiring professional window cleaners, ask if you can get a list of references.(Call the references. Seriously, what is the point of getting references unless you call? What if they are fake!) 6- Do they give free estimates?(Get at least three estimates. Try going with the medium to high prices for window cleaning. You usually get what you pay for. Just remember, you don’t want to pay for just a good window cleaning job. You want a professional that is not going to damage your windows, who is covered by insurance, and guarantees the work to your satisfaction.)
