Brad and his guys were courteous, professional, and did a fantastic job at our residence: pressure washed roof/removed moss, cleaned gutters inside and out, pressure washed siding, and pressure washed driveway and walkway.

We hired Brad to clean the roof and clean gutters. Brad adapted to changes in weather, came a day early to get big stuff off the roof in advance of heavy rains expected on day of appointment. When I had questions, he took the time explain his approach thoroughly. After he finished, the roof looked great, every thing was cleaned up, he even washed the front sidewalk. I also got on his annual call schedule, which helps me deal with my tendency to procrastinate on getting things done around the house. The only slight glitch was that I was expecting him at 9 on the second day, he arrived at around 9:30; but that could have been miscommunication between me and my daughter, who talked with him at end of first day.

The first thing I must say about Brad is that I don't remember seeing a harder worker in my life. He worked quickly and efficently for six solid hours without lunch or even a break! But the best part was the results. I do not think my house has ever been this clean! Windows, kitchen cabinets, woodwork, bathrooms, light fixtures - he did it all! He treated my home and belongings with care and respect, was absolutely meticulous in every task, and as a bonus was a friendly, outgoing individual who was enjoyable to talk with and even gave me some great cleaning tips along the way. I was so happy with the work I arranged to have him take care of the moss on my roof and clean my gutters in a few weeks, which is the work he really specializes in. I would not hesitate to recommend Brad to anyone needing a one time cleaning or the roof and gutter work. I will be sending business his way whenever I find someone in need of these services.
