Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Our company supports organic, local and sustainable foods. Purchasing ingredients from your local markets supports the community and you are guaranteed fresh local ingredients by hand picking ingredients ourselves.

We continue to improve our culinary skills by attending culinary classes and traveling the USA and many countries such as our favorite destinations; New Mexico, California, Italy, France, England, South and Central America, Caribbean Islands, Mexico. We also reach out to our local community chefs to continue to learn along with our community wineries for wine, cheese and food pairing.

I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu culinary school with honors and the Culinary Business Academy in Alburquerque, New Mexico.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love cooking, simple as that! Visiting and shopping at the local markets, touching and smelling all the local ingredients are something a chef needs to practice in order to select the freshest and best ingredients for a meal. I make trips to local farmers and I truly enjoy their education on farming, raising animals and sustainable practices.
Everyone on my team considers their job "not a job", but the best "hobby" ever.
I also love traveling to different countries in my culinary career and learning about different cuisines and the food history from each place.
