We are delighted to give a reference for Shapoor and Redmond Remodeling and Handyman Services. Shapoor was called to remove our dishwasher because it was screwed into the floor and we had a leak that we didn't know about until it was a huge issue. Shapoor removed the dishwasher discovering that the leak had been going on for a long period of time behind the dishwasher that revealed mould and substantial water damage. Shapoor immediately got us in touch with ServPro and they came out immediately and ripped out the flooring, cabinets and wallboard and remedied that situation. Shapoor then came back and went above and beyond building a corner cabinet (varnished it to match the existing cabinets) and finding an end cabinet because our cabinetry is quite old. In the middle of all of this we had to pause the work on our end and Shapoor was understanding and took other jobs in the meantime. Once he returned and started again, we realized that we needed him to replace the plank flooring in the kitchen as well. Shapoor was amazing, he replaced drywall, built a corner cabinet, installed new flooring and painted. He was calm, efficient and accommodating and we don't know what we would have done without him. We HIGHLY recommend Shapoor and Redmond Remodeling and Handyman Services. His work is better than we could have ever hoped for -- we assure you that you won't go wrong with Shapoor on the job. Shapoor did an excellent job of fixing the pocket door. He diagnosed the issue quickly, knew what he was doing and fixed it. His rates are also very reasonable and hence I would definitely recommend him. The job also needed to be done across two days with a paint job at the end after putting it all together. This was all taken care of punctually and with expertise!
