- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Staging fees: Our fees include 30 days rental, initial consultation, preparation at our warehouse, delivery, set up and take down. Our base fee is $1750, which includes one living room, one dining area and the master bedroom fully staged with furniture, art and accessories. Also included are accessories for the kitchen and baths. Additional rooms may be added for additional fees. Fees for consultation only start at $100 for the first hour, and $75 for each additional hour. We consult for furnished and unfurnished homes. These fees are then credited to your full staging costs if you choose to do full staging of your home. Please note: for furnished homes, we do consultations for staging with your furnishings only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our new clients, we typically will chat on the phone to discuss what your needs are, and the timing of the project. Then we will meet at the home to be staged for the initial consultation. This is followed up with a basic staging contract. We stage the home, you contact us 10 days before the date you would like the staging to be removed. We remove the staging. It is easy, no hidden fees and we do all the work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BAA in Interior Design from Bellevue College. I have been staging and designing homes for 8 years.
