FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Absolutely make sure they are licensed, bonded and insured. If someone were to be injured in your home or if anything was damaged, you may not have any protection if they don't have full coverage. Also, I suggest calling at least 3 companies and requesting a free in-home estimate. You can tell a lot in a few minutes with the estimator. Were they on time? Are they dressed professionally? How thorough were they, and did they ask the right questions for YOUR lifestyle? You should walk away from the appointment feeling very impressed with the company you are having in your home. After all, if they can't impress you when they are trying to earn your business, what about after they already have it?
