Oh My, where to start? When I started working out with Chris, I had come to a place in life where I realized A) exercise was only going to get harder as I got older, and B) if I didn't "just do it" and commit myself to "just doing it" for the rest of my life, I would not only soon appear to be a relative of the Michelin Man, but it would keep getting harder to get started, the longer I waited. So I took the plunge. Rolled up my yoga pants, and jumped in with both feet. That was a year and a half, and 26 pounds ago! I now feel better than I have since I was a teenager. I actually look forward to the euphoric feeling that I get after exercise, which I had never actually experienced before. And the intense, but mercifully brief 30 minute workouts not only work into my schedule, but also keep me motivated - because when the day has been absolutely awful, I can almost always talk myself into a 30 minute workout... not so a longer one on those days... if you know what I mean. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend Chris's 6-week program! It will literally change your life!

Chris's studio and routine rocks! The workout is 30 minutes and really hits every muscle group I felt invigorated and then of course, felt those muscles that had not been used in a while – Chris can assist you to become nutritionally aware ... (it will help diminish the aches & pains)! Thanks Chris!

I've been a HardCore Fitness Studio member for over two years. Back then, I thought I was in shape (had been going to 24 hr Fitness after all, and could read a book and pedal the bike at the same time!). After MANY coaching sessions I can now balance on a ball without tipping over, pick up heavy objects like a kid and have these amazing arms (they have shape, definition and are downright sexy). All this at age 60. No reason to stop here-more muscles to conquer. Thanks Chris for being my inspiration and my leader!

YUCK...who wants to work out - sorry but it's not at the top of my list. ALTHOUGH...going to HARDCORE FITNESS STUDIO in Redmond is much better that just letting the years sag on and on and on...! Chris and his team have an amazing way of getting you to DO THE MOST. But they do it in a manageable way, realistic goals, without the fuss and the muss of a gross and stinky gym. I can't think of a better way to be in shape. Seriously...ask me, ask my Mom, ask my Friends.

    Most people who come to me are looking to lose weight or regain their youth. My program will help you to gain functional strength (the ability to do your daily activities without paying for it later), lose unwanted body fat, improve energy, gain confidence, and much more.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Take responsibility for your own actions (for example: What foods you eat, what exercises you do, your job, etc.) Too many people are looking for a magic pill to do the work for them... THERE IS NO MAGIC PILL. But I can offer a program that is fast and effective and doesn't require endless hours in the gym, just a solid effort for the time you do invest.
