- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly attending workshops, seminars and acquiring further certifications. In personal training, health & wellness, there is always somethiing new to learn, as well as ever chaing information, so I try to stay as update on trends, facts, etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It may sound corny, but I have always looked into professions where I can help people--examples: I've been a police officer and fire fighter, besides being a personal trainer. However, it's my own life experience of being overweight as a child, of wanting to find a way to get fit and be healthy.
