Amidst unprofessional-ism and trains of excuses/lies, there were things pocketed by staff during "estate sale" and place was left looking ransacked with items broken, destroyed and strewn about the driveway and out in the rain. Afterwards the smoke-blowing gal we had to deal with knew we were angry both at her and her crew and gave house key for cabinet pick up to one of the people we were directly mad at who took extra things with her including a box that was back in the house that I had given to my grandmother two months before she died that had a personalized inscription on the top. When confronted she again blew smoke of excuses and ten minutes later removed her name from only auction item that had been put in with no reserve and she had nothing more to say in regards to missing items after she had supposedly talked to the person in question. Will absolutely NOT recommend these people to anyone and I hope I never set eyes on them again.

UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL! We had an estate sale the same day as theirs a couple of blocks down the street. They came and harassed us not once, but TWICE! The first time, yelling at us in front of several onlookers for having an estate sale the same day and complaining about how they spent money on advertising. The second time they proceeded to hang signs for their sale in our driveway and stood out there harassing people at our sale to go to theirs. One of the ladies leaving our sale even made a comment “what a bad attitude” to her. The way these women spoke to us was unreal. What’s really weird is that they were so worried about what we were doing, they hung most of their signs at and around our house. They didn’t have one single sign at the other end of the street. The following day we had several people come in and vent their frustrations regarding these people and how they were treated. I have never in my life seen “adult” women act so childish. Be carefully hiring this company.
