Perfect experience! I went from seeing I had a grout problem to it being totally fixed at a reasonable price in less than a week. I'd hire Polaks again any time. He worked with me on a few extra things that came up too and he was just great.

We had a great experience with Anderson from Polaks, that’s worth to leave a review here. Anderson was here on time, and got the job done on the same day, redoing some grouting and caulking in many parts of our house. We are super happy with the results and cleanliness of his technique. Highly recommend Anderson if you need fair price and great service.

Anderson is very knowledgeable and skillful. I was impressed with how laborious the project of a tub to shower conversion is. Anderson can do this very well. He has the patience to apply material properly and wait for mud to dry and water test to pass. He kindly found a beautiful marble shelf to make this niche look extra nice. His cost included all but my choice of tile and grout. He is a very nice person and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Anderson.
