We encountered a furnace malfunction just days before our move-in date, causing considerable stress and concern. Initially, a brief diagnosis from another team suggested a costly motor replacement, but Rob's expertise and dedication to thoroughness proved invaluable. Rob promptly arrived at our home and embarked on a meticulous diagnostic process to pinpoint the root cause of the issue. His commitment to getting to the bottom of the problem was evident, and his findings were enlightening. Contrary to the initial assessment by another technician, Rob determined that the motor was in fact functioning properly. The true culprits were identified as the electric board and ignition switch, both of which required replacement at a significantly lower cost than initially anticipated. What truly sets Rob apart is his attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving. He not only addressed the immediate issue but also identified the underlying cause of the component failures. I was so impressed with this company. They were prompt with the time frame they said they would be there.
