Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. At present we are focusing on new homes,remodeling sun decks,siding,roofing,electrical work,plumbing and I believe you have gotten the point. We are a full service company whose main goal is to give you the best. We have just finished a siding job and are getting ready to begin a new 3775 square foot new dwelling. We are also finishing a new three car garage for a customer. We would just love to add you to our list of new customers/
We have a design team in place to help you with your ideas and turn them into reality and we have a wonderful architect , I think one of the best in the northwest . With the experience I have the many architects I've worked with over the many years I've been in business please believe me when I say he's good!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. 1) Actual experience of your contractor: How do you know if something is done right if you don't know how to do it yourself!
2) Preparation: Find a designer or architect whom you can develop a rapport with, if you don't communicate well you will waste time, money and your own peace of mind!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. First and formost I pesonally would meet me and be certain that we could communicate. We all know what a mess your project can and will turn into if you have some guy doing your work who doesn't understand you and your needs and is just there for the MONEY!!!!!!!!

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. 1 How much actual experience do you have?
2 Do you have references that will speak with me?
3 How long do you think my project will take?
4 Will you be at my job to be certain things are being done right and on time?
5 Are you fully licensed and insured to do my project!!!!

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Check and make very sure that my license is valid. Check all references. If you have a large job be certain that my insurance is not only in order but is adequate to cover any acccidents ,(.00001 chance of occcurance) that may occur. Please protect yourself be certain I can do what I say I can do.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Primarily we endeavor to give you much more than you thought possible. We welcome any/all questions or concerns that may arise. We take the time to explain (in laypersons terms) everything you need or want to know.
If you are not happy neither are we. All of our work is guaranteed to please you and everyone else who sees it. Our pricing is always more than fair and extremely competitive. This is an everchanging world and industry and always do our absolute best to be up date. We are "green" minded company and will waste neither time, money nor materials!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I am a college graduate and have chosen this field because I enjoy mostly the smiles on the faces for the people we have done work. Personally I enjoy nothing more than making certain everyone gets exactly what they want. Actually most former customers are now my friends as well.One can never have too many friends!

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I once did a job for a Superior Court Judge and she and her husband both thought I wasn't giving myself enough time (17 weeks,a large second story addition).Well the building dept. lost the engineering for the project. To make a long story short she asked ,My job was to begin when I had the permits in hand, Jean came to me and if she could move back on her original date, now only five weeks away, I told her that she didn't think I could do it 17 weeks what had changed to make her think I would be able to do it in five,but I promised her I would do my absolute best.Well she moved back in one day prior to her original move in date. much to my dismay I could no longer use her as a reference after a couple of times because no one believed I hadn't either paid her to say what she had or was somehow a relative.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That preparation and communication are of the utmost importance. Finding a great designer and contractor isn't easy, but without them your new dream can quickly become a nightmare. I have on call one of the best architects in the NW.. I know that because I have 45 years of experience building dreams that remained dreams for years to come.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I have a bachelors degree in micro-biology form an ivy league universtiy and I've opted to do what I'm doing because I've always loved doing what I do. I can honestly say that and unhappy customer will dee me up at night.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Let's see. Well I've just completed a job that was just a large closet with only barely enough room for a foosball table and made it a well fitted working kitchen. I would love to show you the pictures.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. This is an ever changing world as well as industry and we
are always gathering more information on new products as well as conservation of our quickly disappearing present forms of energy.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. This is a very loaded question as the business is always changing and I try and mostly succeed in keeping up with the latest in everything that is new and innovative
in the business. But that doesn't mean I know everything and will always listento new Ideas
