A. We are a Fullservice remodeling and repair company. Services we provide include but aren't limited to- Handyman projects and Home repairs, Bathroom and Kitchen remodeling, Basement finishing or alteration, Dryrot repair, Deck repair and rebuilding and Skylight installation. Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. Currently involved in a complete master bath redo, My customers just Saturday told me I was Awesome !
Before that I installed two new belt drive garage door openers- They are whisper quiet !
Right before that I installed a bath fan for a bathroom that didn't have one (?) and a new fan in the other bath with more CFM to empty the moisture quicker!
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Experience is a HUGE plus - and The least expensive bid is Usually the one you want to steer clear of !
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Most projects that entail remodeling need to be accomplished at a study pace. Too fast and things get done shabbily ( even if you don't see it), too slow and everyone is unhappy. The underneath or foundation of the project ( inside the walls , not necessarily concrete) is truly the most important factor. For everything else depends on that, how long things last and the safety of the project. So in other words the Lowest price is not usually the best option unless you know exactly who and what your dealing with and what they are going to provide.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. How long have you been in business? Have you ever been sued? Have you ever had a business go bankrupt?
Do you have experience in this kind of work? Do you have references? ARE YOU LICENSED , BONDED & INSURED ?
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Do they know exactly what they want or need? If they need suggestions say so up front ! Do they have a budget In Mind ! Have they figured out what kind of materials or styles they want to use ?

A. Over 37 years experience, in business for 29 -

Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love to use my brain and hands together. There is a lot more knowledge involved in Remodeling and Repair work than in most trades. I like to use that.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How Much? I am usually not the cheapest and almost never the most exspensive , But I guarantee that you will be happy with my work and the job.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. TOO MANY TO LIST ! You could ask and I will probably tell , but I have been doing this for a long time , SO I have many Stories !
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. About me- I always strive to do the best for my customers, period! No Short Cuts !
About my profession , The guys that have been around for quite awhile ( in business for over 15 years) are the best ones to deal with - No exceptions!
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Always liked to build things - and in remodeling you have to be able to THINK and figure things out , adapt , overcome, REALLY !
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. I am 99% of the time proud of everything I do !
So to list just one would be very, very difficult. If pushed it probably would be the Powder bath ( did their main bath also at the same time) at the Graham residence- It turned out SWEET- and I helped in choosing some of the features ( styles)
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Yes - occasionally I attend classes at my local Tech. school ( put on by labor & industries) and have taken schooling in the lead abatement issue and others.

A. Most projects need to be SEEN in person to get a accurate quality bid. So my pricing system varies on what Type of work it actually is , and of course what level of quality of materials and products are chosen.
