A. Most projects that entail remodeling need to be accomplished at a study pace. Too fast and things get done shabbily ( even if you don't see it), too slow and everyone is unhappy. The underneath or foundation of the project ( inside the walls , not necessarily concrete) is truly the most important factor. For everything else depends on that, how long things last and the safety of the project. So in other words the Lowest price is not usuaully the best option unless you know exactly who and what your dealing with and what they are going to provide.

A. I love to use my brain and hands together. There is a lot more knowledge involved in Remodeling and Repair work than in most trades. I like to use that.
