Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. My most comman jobs are Residential, Multi Family, Construction/Remodel Cleaning, Real Estate Final and Pre Cleaning for Real Estate Sales.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Persistance to Cleaning and Satisfaction.
Complete Eye Detail, Multi Tasking, Organizing.
When it comes to cleaning, Cleaners HAVE to have the PASSION for Cleaning, making sure it is about their Customers and the satisfaction their Customers are getting.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. How to get the windows streak free and to where they look like there is no window there.
How I make exactly everything look like it is completely brand new all over again.
How to clean the floor without them having a residue or feeling sticky, how the floor are like Cindarella ball floors,Shiny and Smooth.
I get HUGE Amazement from my Customers when they see there home when I am done Cleaning.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. The size of their home, approximately what they want and need done, If they need to pick up before we come out to clean, How many hours will it take to clean, In my cleaning services I go in with a Complete routine. Whether it is a big job or small job, My customers ALWAYS come out being Satisfied and Happy.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. When it comes to my Customers and their homes, I take it Completely to Heart as if they have been in my life forever and I know exactly what they are looking for and want!!!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Customer Satisfaction, Making my Customers Happy. Taking that huge piece of stress and worry of not being Organized, Living in or coming home to an Uncleaned home off their shoulders. Making my Customers daily tasks and schedule Alot easier for them. My Customrs DON'T have to worry about having to do that extra dirty job of keeping their home Pleasant and Happy. I Do it for them.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. In my line of Business, I have become a housecleaner for many new Customers.
I have ran into sooo many new Customers that will tell me they just had a housecleaner in their home 2 weeks or a month before I came into their home, That they were not happy with,
When I will go into their home and they start showing me around. It will look like they didn't have a cleaner in their home the whole time they lived in their home when they had a cleaner. That is just wrong, Poor Cleaning ethics of the recent cleaner. When I go in and start cleaning, I can go back 2 months later and you are for sure to be able to tell I was there cleaning.
I have had my Customer just astonished with amazement with my Cleaning.
I was just in a house cleaning when they had a friend there visiting, The Husband was sooo excited for my cleaning, He licked his Countertop to show them how Clean it is when I am done.
I have had New Customers walk up to the windows, just to say "WOW". Want to touch them because they didn't know if the windows were there or not, That is how Clean it is.
I have had Customers ask me if I replaced their Bathrooms with brand new ones.
Customers have had to email me or call me to Thank me or to let me know they Thought they walked into the wrong house because it was sooo clean.
That is Passion when it comes to my Customers and their Cleaning needs.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. When it comes to Cleaning, It's not about me.
It is about my Customers and what they want and expect.
I already know what Customers expect, Satisfaction and not have to worry about having to go behind me.
My customers are able to RELAX with no worries. Cleaning is my Passion. I have done it all my life and want to be able to help everybody to make them happy.
I believe in Satisfaction!!!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I have always loved to clean since I was a little girl. I figured this is my way of making other poeples lifes alot more easier and happier. " A DIRTY AND UNORGANIZED HOME IS A CLUTTRED AND UNHAPPY HOME".

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I just completely a Construction Remodel Out of Kirkland,WA. for a Contractor.
There are pictures from what the house looked liked before the Renovation was started. When My crew and I walked in there, we figured, because it was soooo bad. Exremely dirty and dusty!!! The windows, You couldn't even see through because of the Dust and Debri. Everything was Completely Brand new But There was no way you could tell. It didn't take as lon as I thought it would. When we were Finished, We had Every Person including the eletricians, The Contractors helpers, The Realtors, The Landscapers just shocked in AMAZEMENT from how the house just sparkled and shined. NOT a piece of dust!!! Everything just stood out!!!
Like they just bought the house from a store and put it there.
I stood there with Compliments coming from every wich way. I could look around at every single person with that huge smile on their faces.
I could feel that Satifaction in them and that warmth in their Hearts.
I, myself was extremely Happy and Proud because everybody else was Happy.
That is what matters when it comes to my work.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. I amlooking to expand my Cleaning Business Nation wide.
I am starting new Contracts in Hotel Construction. I will always be in the same line of Business Just Bigger.

A. We enjoy taking and Tackling these challenges and working with our Customers to ensure Quality, Successful and affordable Cleaning Projects.
I like to give my Customers Breaks on Cleaning Prices most of the time because of the economy these days.
I alway have Discounts, Free Cleanings, Referral specials.
I have the Unbeatable Prices with UNBEATABLE Cleaning for my Customers.
I try to be Completely understanding when it comes to Customers wanting the cleaning but it is not in their budget.
That is why I try to work with Customers on Pricing when it is needed.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. If somebody came to me for answers on getting into going into other Peoples homes to make them happy.
I would have to tell them, They need to have the Passion of Cleaning and be able to take the jobs Serious and to Heart.
They need to be able to be a People Person and be able to know exactly what the Customers want and not have to make the Customer Repeat themselves.
The Main thing would have be, you have to have the Passion and love to clean to make the Customers Happy.
And your not in it just for an easy job or the money.
Because This kind of Cleaning IS NOT easy and you have to have the PASSION of Cleaning.
I have had Cleaners that before working for me, They would say "Oh, Cleaning is easy". After they were done, they would make sure to let me know much harder Professional Housecleaning Really is.
Professional Housecleaning is not like just cleaning your own house.

A. WHAT KIND OF CLEANING PRODUCTS DO YOU USE? DO CUSTOMERS PERFER CERTIAN KIND OF CLEANING PRODUCTS?

I use my own Chemical Free Cleaning Products. Every single Customer, always wants to know what I use to make their Place of Home or Business sooo clean, smooth and sparkly.
