Introduction: Mobile Makeup by TT was founded on the ideals of empowerment and inspiration of transforming ones appearance through the art of makeup and cosmetics. I am a one woman owned business and started my journey as a Makeup Artist and Esthetician in 2011. From there I have worked on sets in Hollywood, CA to Brides all throughout Washington state and in Colorado. I am experienced in all areas of makeup such as Bridal, Glam, Avante Garde, Theatre, Film/TV and Special FX. I have worked with hundreds of clients throughout my career including A-list celebrities, all ethnicities, all genders and all ages. My passion grew for makeup when I was in middle school when I was a competitive dancer and learned stage makeup. I realized, HEY! I can make money doing this?! SIGN ME UP! It is my biggest passion still to this day and I never consider it "work". Tarah was amazing to work with on my wedding day. I loved my bridal make up and my bridesmaids were very happy as well. She was on time, professional and worked so quickly (which is always a plus on a busy wedding day). Also she was just a super kind and fun person to talk to, so she fit right in with my bridal party. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always require a deposit. I use high end products to insure longevity & flawless application of makeup. Bridal makeup will typically be the highest price due to extra steps taken for the Bride to make sure they feel special on their big day! Travel fee is required as well depending on distance of location I will be meeting you at.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get to know what looks you're wanting to achieve with reference photos so we can achieve the look properly. Once we agree on a look and price, I always require a deposit to lock in your appointments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Esthetician license along with a Makeup Artistry degree. I went to school for 1.5 years to study makeup and skincare.
