I am a licensed massage practitioner in the state of Washington. I currently perform massage in Pierce and King counties. Having been a therapist of three years, I have plenty of experience with relaxation and treatment work (frozen shoulder, TOS, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, etc.).

I absolutely love helping others feel better and my caring touch will leave you in awe. If you've been looking for a talented therapist, and/or just want to be able to manage pain, I'm the one with gifted hands that will change your life.

Also -- chair massage prices $1/min, 20 min. max and travel charges will differ depending on how far I will be travelling. Max for travel will be $10.

Discounts offered on pre-paid packages/multiple parties.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. First and foremost, make sure you go into a massage with the fact that it will work. I see a fair number of people that don't think it will really help them. You MUST stay positive! Second, you have to communicate well to your therapist!! If you decide to stay quiet--you're risking not getting what you want out of a massage, and even worse, getting injured. Lastly, I would like to emphasize that it is very important to perform the exercises/homework we give to you as providers. We can only do so much each session, and as we only see you for a few hours a month or less, you can see that the majority of the time you're on your own. So you MUST have a high level of commitment yourself--in order to receive the full benefit of massage.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. While performing massage--I am able to communicate well with my client. I listen to not only what my client is telling me, but what their body is telling me, to better understand what the underlying issue is. It is this communication that assures that a client is receiving what he/she wants and needs. Afterwards--I educate them and give exercises for them to do during the week to further assist in living a healthy lifestyle.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I love learning so the more knowledge I have under my belt will benefit the client(you) more. The more I learn about the body and how to apply certain techniques, the more efficient I can be with our time. I have taken continuing education in advanced stretching positions and a Hawaiian style of massage referred to as, Lomi Lomi. I will continue to pursue further education as much as I can.
