Introduction: We provide case management services based on a recovery-oriented model and comprised of individual supportive services to address psychosocial and psychiatric needs of children and adults who have significant challenges because of mental illness, who have private pay, public funding, or other insurance coverage, and who meet the medical necessity criteria of the mental health system in Washington State. Services include, but are not limited to, the following: * Treatment Planning * Comprehensive Assessment * Symptom Management * Service Monitoring * Supportive Psychotherapy * Special Population Consultation * Medication Management * After-Hour Crisis Intervention * Resource Identification and Development * Interpreter Services * Environmental Assistance * Wellness and Leisure Education * Advocacy * Follow-Up and Collateral Supports Coordination
