FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a flat rate company. We will present you with options up front so you can make a decision based on what's best for you and your family prior to authorizing the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a potential new customer calls in, we have a dedicated team of customer service representatives who will talk with you, gather all of the information with regard to your specific need(s), and what your initial options may be. Our dispatch team for each department then contacts you to be added to our schedules as soon as possible to assess and/or address your needs. You will always be informed of options and next steps before we move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Plumbers and Electricians are certified. They've completed the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries requirements to be named a Residential or Commercial Plumber or Electrician. Our team of professionals maintain their yearly continuing education accreditations to keep their certifications active. In addition, they go through regularly scheduled safety, code book, compliance and product trainings.
