Look at cheap diagnostic prices and diagnostics that are waived when you purchase through the company. Look for retail store locations and not someone working out of their home. Quick turn around times is a must for most customers. Someone who answers their phones between normal business hours. Do you really want to call someone who takes a message because they're at work and won't call you back until the evening? Call someone who can provide pick-up and delivery options if needed or on-site service calls.
