A. Virus/malware removal, configuring, back up and data recovery, as well as providing cost free solutions to protect my customers computers.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Something most people don't know is that there is the ability to have multiple profiles on your computer for a reason. The profile you normally use should not have administrator rights. This simple step can save a user from many of the problems one would normally face in the day to day use of a computer.

A. I am on time, thorough, focused and dedicated to my customers as well as doing follow ups. My services are confidential and HIPPA compliant and if there are any problems I will do whatever it takes to make it right.
