Vena helped Litehouse Foods launch and develop our Living Litehouse company blog. Not only did she help us launch the blog, but she also managed and maintained a team of five professional bloggers as she helped increase our numbers for over a year and a half. She created a blog which eventually became fully independent. She did a wonderful job and was a pleasure to work with! Vena has a kind heart and will always go the extra step to make sure everyone personally has their needs met. Her team of bloggers always had nothing but kind words to say about her. Whether you have a startup social/blog/digital project that you need help on, or are in the need for a long term manager, Vena is your girl! She’ll take any project all the way. I have worked with Vena for a little over a year now. Our time together began when she built the Living Litehouse Blog, I was one of the bloggers hired to post and develop recipes. This was my first professional blogging job and Vena helped me feel so comfortable during my entrance into this new career. Vena is a very special woman, she finds a way to pull the best work out of everyone around her using encouragement and positive reinforcement. She goes out of her way to check in with me and see how I'm doing. How am I managing life as a mommy and a blogger? Was there anything she could do to help? She was even a shoulder to cry on a time or two during my struggles with creating a balance in my life, from 4000 miles away. I will never forget my time with Vena and plan to stay in contact with her throughout my blogging career. I give Vena a lot of credit for the growth of not only the Living Litehouse Blog, but for my personal blog as well.     Typically, we will schedule a phone conference to discuss your social marketing needs and how I can support the results you are seeking. Then, if you want to move forward, we will schedule a discovery meeting so I can learn more about your business - history, goals, target audience(s), outcomes you are seeking, budget, etc. Social media marketing is strategic - it requires a plan. Your plan will include the following: deliverables, promotions, timeline and budget. From there, I will start working on plan implementation.
