Over the past few years, we have built a team of highly educated and experienced practitioners to assist our clients in taking their health and well-being to the next level. With a combination of a state-of-the-art facility, featuring the Great Yoga Wall and the concept of a “one-stop” for all your health and wellness needs, we have quickly built a reputation as being one of the best yoga and wellness facilities on the Eastside. Our team consists of two naturopathic doctors, two massage practitioners, two clinical psychologists, two acupuncturists, an Ayurvedic specialist, and many certified yoga instructors. Our focus is our clients, their needs, and how we can assist them in making their lives better, in a safe and healing environment.
