Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. The most important advice we give our clients is to ask any question or make any comment that is on your mind to us. Good communication is critical to the success of the project. We want to know your wants, desires and concerns. A custom house when completed should be the best fit possible.
To help facilitate owner / architect communication we have developed a "Home Design Guide", which we offer to our clients, to help stimulate a discussion between us. In this Home Design Guide we have collected questions and observations that should not be overlooked in the design of a new home or remodel of an existing home. These items will help organize your thoughts in the planning phase of the project and then be used as a checklist at the completion of the design phase.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Joseph comes from a family of residential builders he so knows residential design from both the builder's and the architect's point of view. With 20 years of design experience in Seattle he brings to the firm an ability to work well with both the contractor and owner to create designs that are well designed and beautiful. Every project is custom fit to the client and the site. We will do whatever it takes to make each project our very best project.
