Divorce (dissolution); legal separation; custody and visitation (parenting plans); paternity; temporary orders; administrative hearings (DSHS, Division of Child Support); child support; spousal maintenance; relocation of children; property and debt division; modification of support and maintenance orders, as well as parenting plans; enforcement of court orders (contempt); third party custody (non-parents); restraining orders; anti-harassment orders; and domestic violence (protection orders).
