Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. In representing individuals in the family law area, it is important to look at settlling cases and aggressively representing clients in litigation. Litigation may require preparing initial pleadings, filing and service of court papers, motions for temporary relief, discovery, trial and appeal.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. By the beginning of the year I have a new blog The Family Law Blog which will answer as to what a person should do in looking for a family law lawyer.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I have the knowledge and experience from practicing 35 years in the Greater Seattle area. I listen to my clients as a friend would and try to be straight as to what occur in trying to achieve their goals.
