Question and answer

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Finding a dependable honest shop and developing a personal relationship with the owner and technicians is the most cost effective way to maintain your vehicle. Looking for coupons or phone shopping price is not the way to save money. Maintaining your vehicle is much cheaper than repairing it. its just like the old oil change commercial, "pay me now, or pay me later"

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Quality and honesty, we use the best availiable parts and only do whats needed. Our reputation is everything, word of mouth is our main source of new customers, so customer service is # 1 when you bring your car to us.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Interacting with people, helping others is the most gratifying job I think anyone can have. Been happy and kind to others is my philosophy of life. A kind word to someone can make their day or change their life. The power of happiness and kindness should not be underestimated. Be positive no matter what.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Most customers ask technical questions about their vehicles, and what can be done to resolve their problems. Ideally we can do a complete inspection of vehicle to determine overall condition. I always give the best advice I can regarding repairs, even if due to the condition of vehicle cost of repairs would be a bad investment. I would recommend selling or trading in vehicle. We may not make a sale, but making a new customer is what growing a business is all about.
