John was very prompt in his response and picked up our scrap metal the day I called him. He showed up with a helper, but because one item was heavy, my husband had to help load it on his truck. We also rerolled the wire fencing in order to fit on his truck. Other than that, everything went well. Nice folks.

There was a schedule conflict and misunderstanding from my end that I had to cancel the service at the last minute but John was very professional and understanding even though he was on his way. I would definitely hire him when there is a need for hauling in the future.
