The food was delicious and everyone at my party thoroughly enjoyed everything! The company was great at coming up with puns for the theme of my party, which was so appreciated! I would highly recommend hiring Anita & Joe's, which was aptly named to honor the chef's grandparents as they taught him how to cook! They made the entire process easy and seamless from start to end. The prices are affordable and the quality was impeccable.

Chef Billy is awesome! He makes delicious food and is also great at responding to any questions you have. He's also good at following your dietary restrictions as well. I highly recommend him and his team!!!

Chef Billy was absolutely phenomenal. Everything (and I mean everything) you prepared for us was just wonderful! Thank you for your hard work not only in preparing our dinner, but also in serving us and cleaning up after the dinner so we could truly enjoy the lovely evening in a relaxing manner. We were blown away by everything from the easy booking, menu, gluten-free accommodation, communication, presentation, taste, the list is endless!! Billy is a very talented chef and I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a delicious, intimate meal in the comfort of their own home.

Chef Billy did an amazing job catering our event. Communication prior to the event was effortless and thorough. He was on time, and kept the kitchen spotless throughout and after the event. Each course was delicious and spaced just far enough apart to not feel rushed. The seared scallops and beef tenderloin were especially scrumptious. It was a perfect evening. I highly recommend his services.

We try to stay competitively priced and work with budgets with our customers as much as possible. We understand that jobs are all unique and work with the customer to give them their unique experience for a price they are happy with.

Open communication is key. We always want our customers feeling free to contact us with any questions or concern. We set up meetings with our customers to game plan their needs and ensure that there is a great foundation for continued dialogue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides generational training from a young age, the chef has a culinary degree as well as 14+ years of experience. He also has a business degree.
