At Catering By Corinne, our passion is to provide fresh local cuisine and exemplary friendly service at a reasonable price. We cater to groups of all sizes, for off-site catering and on-site cooking classes, including private yachts, corporations and homes. It's all about the food!
Our success is based on your experience and for over 20 years we have been providing memorable menus and events.
Catering By Corinne provides four levels of service:
* Classic service
Leave all the details to us when you use our full service option classic service. We provide staffing, china, silverware and everything else needed for a memorable event.
* Express service
We offer menu options that require minimal labor. You can choose to have the staff setup only or setup and service your event. By choosing compostable, disposable platters, plates and cups and the right menu, you can entertain in style while being green and reducing your costs.
* Pick-up and delivery service
Catering By Corinne can provide pick-up and delivery options! Our staff is fully yacht-trained and we deliver to many PNW yachts. By picking up your order in attractive to-go containers, or having us deliver it to your boat, home or office, you save the labor costs of a full-service event. For this type of service there is not staff scheduled however, there will be a delivery / fuel fee.
* Cooking classes
Our place or yours, we design menus specifically tailored to your group and budget. Perfect for corporate team-building, gifts, wedding showers or just a couples' night in.

A. Have the details ready. Who, What, Where, When, Why. How many guests will be attending, What time is the event, and What is your overall budget. Everyone has one...and we CAN work with it!
