- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is pretty much industry standard. However, I do offer a military discount as a way to say thank you to our brave country men and women whom serve. If travel is more than 30 minutes outside of Seattle, I do have to charge a small trip charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Food Handlers Card, and Serv Safe Certification. I have 1 day a week that I spend as a test kitchen day, where I work on improving or creating new dishes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
With the In Home Caterings and Classes, I use your kitchen, and plate ware, but provide everything else. I do the cleanup, so it was like I was never there, when I am done. All you have to do is enjoy yourselves.
