Introduction: I built my 1st computer in 1996. From that point on, I've been all my friends and families go-to for all their computer builds and repairs. While in Seattle, I worked at Fry's Electronics, Google, Dell, Lenovo and Swedish Hospital in Desktop Support or Feild Service Repair. Computer running slow? Give me a call. Quite often a couple inexpensive upgrades can make an older PC just as fast as a new one.

Installed a Solid state hard drive. New video card. Overclocked my CPU and added water cooling. Upgraded windows to 7. Installed huge hard drive in upstairs computer as a back up. Installed Rapture hard drive from main computer into back up unit upstairs. Both are windows 7 now. I own Ralli-Round Ltd. an auto service and repair shop.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50 to come out to you. This covers my gas/commute time and your 1st hour of service (starting after I arrive). If we get past the 1st hour, I charge $25hr for the remainder of the visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always ready up the latest computer technology.
