Question and answer
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I am prompt, courteous, and very personable. Light hearted, easy going, and a little nerdy when it comes to computers. My Bachelor's is in COM and MKT, but the corporate file cabinet/cubicle life was not for me. Providing this service is an attempt at avoiding misery and doing something I truly love, "playing with" aka "fixing" computers.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Working with the most important and most powerful tool ever created, the PC.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. There are no typical questions in this business, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
