- You'll be asked a few quick questions that will help describe your needs.
- You'll be asked to provide your contact information so that Aaron Johnson will be able to get in touch with you.
- You'll have the option to get competing quotes from other qualified service professionals, saving you time and money.
When it comes to your home PC, do you want to hire some geek off the street or do you want a real technician?
You could unplug your computer, drag it over to some big box, dump it off and hope to see it again in 2 to 4 weeks. Or, you could contact a local, professional, computer technician that has years of experience in fixing, repairing, and supporting computers and computer peripherals, not up-selling you useless junk and unneeded "service contacts."
I will come to you; whether it's in-person, via remote access, or over the phone -- it's all on your timetable. I don't keep 8-5 hours like so many other companies.
Need someone to come by after dinner or before Sunday brunch? I'm willing to work with you to find the best hours for you.
We are here to provide the highest quality services and competitive prices.
We provide full service support including recommending and purchasing new hardware for you then coming to your house on your schedule and installing it.
Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure they don't just fix the problem and disappear. They should tell you about ways to avoid what ever issue you were having for the future.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Computers are not as scary as they seem. I try to help educate people by giving out simple tips to keep their computers running better and promoting the safe use of the Internet.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. The best kinds of information are:
What operating system are you using?
Windows XP, Vista, 7, Mac OS X, etc. As well as which revision. For Window: Service Pack 1, 2 or 3. For Mac OS X: Leopard or Snow Leopard.
Also it is very helpful to know the exact model number. For example: Dell DXP051 or Inspiron 5100.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. The best philosophy about this industry is one I've taken from a previous manager. He said:
I didn't hire you because you know everything, I hired you because you can figure it out faster than anyone else.
