So far everything working great.– Kris
Question and answer
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Our mission is to make tech support more affordable and less of a daunting experience. We don't have hidden fees or outrageous charges and we don't treat customers like sheep.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The "thank you! thank you! thank you!" response is one of our favorite rewards. It means we got another notch on our belts and made someone's day at the same time.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. "Am I going to have to buy a new computer?" Our answer is usually 'no'. Cheap parts, bloatware and junk build up are common causes for computers running slow and sluggish. A quick tune up and some Bluphyre magic helps get things running almost like new.
