Computer had been incompletely updated by an amateur and was not working properly. Tech Experts showed up right on time and got everything working in an hour, and improved how everything worked overall. Their cost was reasonable, and they responded to my thumbtack request immediately-- before the other three--who responded quickly as well, but not before we had hired our Experts.

One of our computers came down with a very difficult to remove virus/malware. Seattle Tech responded to our plea for help. They arrived at the prescribed time, quickly assessed the problem and had us up and running again in quick order. They were professional in their approach and we can't thank them enough! Since the service call they have checked back to see if we are satisfied with the outcome. They operate the kind of service I hope we never need again, but if that should occur, we'll definitely call on them again.

Randy showed up when expected, did a very good job and explained some things I asked about,and fixed my little inspiron so I can use it again,also took the time to tweek a couple of things on my desk top. I highly recommend him.
