I took two series of cooking classes for busy people and I wished there were another series of classes from Nancy. I enjoyed every class and I learned a whole new way of cooking healthy meals to last me a lifetime. Nancy is a fantastic teacher! She has the technical expertise of a trained chef and the passion of someone who loves what she does with people. She is able to give her students a framework that allows people to think about cooking in a whole new dimension. I am a diabetic and taking Nancy's classes has allowed me to understand how I can manage my chronic disease in a healthy manner by expanding my choices of food and flavoring my recipes with herbs in place of salt and sugar. Thanks, Nancy. You are the best!!!
