I offer aggressive criminal defense in all Washington state courts at the Felony, Gross Misdemeanor and Misdemeanor level and in the federal courts.
Practice includes defending criminal and traffic cases in all municipal and state district courts. I specialize in jury trials for cases of domestic violence homicide and assault, drugs, sex, and affirmative defenses such as self-defense. Appellate work and non-criminal traffic cases are referred to other attorneys.
