Elias and his business majorly saved me from what could have been a remodeling disaster! I had previously almost hired a HORRIBLE contractor who wasn’t doing anything. I fired him and then found on Thumbtack app the business info of Elias. Elias and Rey were EXACTLY what I dreamed of as a contractor! They both work carefully, listen, and advise as needed. They helped me redesign my kitchen and it’s a thing of beauty now! Elias’s business transformed my ugly 70s fixer upper into a modern aqua and grey themed house! I cannot give them enough praise, I am lucky to have hired them. If I save money to do even more remodeling improvements next year, I will absolutely be hiring them again. I can’t think of any other contractors I would want to work with!

After meeting with a few contractors, we decided to go with Elias and Rey. From the moment we met them, they were very professional, punctual and friendly. We asked them to come again for the second time to go through all the things again and they were patient and listened to our requests. We decided to go with Elias and Rey because of their promptness and they assured us that they only handle one project at a time. Other contractors told us they had other projects going on, so we were very uneasy about that. We asked them about the timeline and their availability, they were very clear from the start and this is what we value the most. We had a few projects (electrical, plumbing, general work); knocking down kitchen wall, demo-ing the kitchen cabinets, converting our bathroom from bathtub to shower, installing pendant lights, installing beadboard panelling. The communication was very easy, Elias always answer his phone, so this didn't leave us hanging. Their quote wasn't far from the real costs, it's pretty close at the end. Luckily, we only encountered small issues here and there but nothing major.Although the finishing could be better, but they always update us on each project and listen to our feedbacks. That's a big win for us.They helped and taught us a lot about little things to take care of the house. We really appreciate that. At the end of the project, they cleaned up the property and left it in good condition. We certainly will keep Elias and Rey as our go to people for remodelling projects. We highly recommend them. Excellent job! I am very pleased with Elias and Rey from Seattle House Remodeling. They built out a full basement bathroom and reconfigured my laundry room and the results were fantastic. They gave me a very fair bid and the quality of the work was excellent. They were also very flexible with me when I changed my mind about a few details. Great communication and all around nice guys! They did seach a great job that I asked them to install some additional flooring in my upstairs bathroom and kitchen. I would definitely hire them again!

Elias and his team did a great job with with what started as a drywall repair and turned into a whole house remodel after seeing their quality of work, attention to detail, timeliness and willingness to do whatever it takes to meet your expectations. They do it all - I had them install vinyl flooring, tile a shower, re-finish kitchen cabinets, install bathroom vanities including plumbing & remove popcorn ceilings and paint the entire inside of the house. Elias managed it all and was my single point of contact throughout the whole process. He was not satisfied until I was completely satisfied. I look forward to working with them again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first priority is relationship. We are always excited that you chose to contact us and we want you to trust that we are here to listen to and help you. For this reason, we offer free, on-site estimates where we will ask you questions about the work you need and we will determine the cost it will be to complete it. Should you choose us to do the job, we will then have you sign a contract and we'll get started ASAP!
