I hired Kristen back in December of 2012 for a family law matter regarding custody, parenting plan and multiple other serious matters. Kristen took my case, assisted me through the entire lengthy process and she did so with expertise, knowledge and the utmost respect and care for my daughter and myself. What has been a very difficult battle over the last ten years, Kristen came into the case and assured that the right outcome would happen. As of January of 2013 I couldn't have more respect and love for Kristen and what she helped my daughter and I overcome. We are happy and peaceful and on the road to recovery thanks to the professionalism, knowledge, compassion and care that Kristen had for my daughter and our case. I will be forever grateful for her skills and assistance and what she accomplished for us.

I hired Ms Bienstock on behalf of my son and grandson. Help with unfair child support decrees and a parenting plan was needed, perhaps seeking primary custody of the then two year old. In December, 2012 our boy Elias was removed from his mother's half time care due to drug use, neglect and I believe there was physical and emotional abuse. He was in the dependency of the state, placed with me- his paternal grandmother- while things were sorted out. If we had not had help from this attorney, we probably would have lost him to the state. Kristin knows her stuff. It was a complete comfort knowing she knows who to talk to and what is most important at any time. She helped us through the emotional roller coaster. We are not used to being treated as the criminals since we are good citizens and good parents. It appeared to us that many things the state was doing were not in the best interest of Elias. He needed most of all to be in the care of his beloved Dad. Kristen made this happen. She guided us legally and personally. We are almost there! The 5 months it has taken seems like 5 eternities to us. But it almost always takes one to one and a half years. We would not be here without Kristen. Thank you, Kristen. I have no complaints. I highly recommend her for family law. She is kind, patient and very smart. So glad we have had her at our side.
