The team of guys was great about letting us know where the problem was, options for fixing, and what we needed to do to optimize the solution. They always kept us informed if they were going to be late, have to work an extra day, and were always professional and personable. I wouldn't hesitate to have them help us out with electrical work in the future. The cost seems very reasonable and fair especially for the quality of work and professionalism.

Two electricians from Qnorthwest provided a service to diagnose and replace my light switch. They demonstrated professionalism throughout the process. However, I believe there could have been better communication regarding the costs involved. While addressing the issue, they broke the switch cover and assured me they would replace it at no additional cost. It was mentioned that the time spent acquiring the new cover would not be billed. Later, upon receiving the invoice, I found that the entire duration, including the time spent obtaining the replacement cover, was included in the billing. This discrepancy left me uncertain, as I am unsure if the billing included the time spent acquiring a new pair of switches, altering the initial understanding of the shopping trip's purpose. Clarification on this matter would have been appreciated, especially considering that I was billed for the entire duration, including the time spent going to the shop. Ultimately, the total cost amounted to close to $600 for the replacement of two light switches, which I find on the expensive side. Improved transparency on costs and billing details would enhance the overall customer experience.

1) Set up a complimentary estimate /work review visit with our licensed electrician. 2) Client is provided with estimate – cost for work and timeline that work can be performed. 3) Either perform work onsite or schedule work in near future.
