I am a strong advocate of employing alternative means to resolve family disputes, such as mediation or arbitration, as these methods always give you more control and input into the final outcome.

However, if that is not the direction you wish to take, mediation fails, or your particular situation simply calls for more aggressive tactics, I am always prepared to aggressively litigate your case at the same time, and I have extensive experience doing so.
