- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have yet to come across a project that can't be negotiated. Your project is unique and you will find many options with us that work with your budget. When discussing price you can be assured that our conversation will be friendly and approachable and we encourage you to reach out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Art is a window into the soul and your soul deserves to be seen. When you reach out, an agent will ask you a few basic questions then pair you with the photographer that fits you best. From here you'll discuss and collaborate with your photographer to find the emotion, audience, purpose, of the imagery; ideas like publishing, contracts and NDA's, and/or printing will also be considered during this time. Now are ready to shoot, we'll settle on a date(s) and time and determine cost. Half of the due amount will be required up front with the other half due upon completion of the project. Now you've received your images and the rest is up to you!
