About
We offer community yoga classes in the Kripalu and Hatha yoga traditions. Our teachers are highly experienced at adapting yoga classes to meet the needs of individual students. The ages in our classes range from 20 - 86 years old, and we offer a variety of levels from gentle to dynamic. We also offer therapeutic yoga group classes as well as private sessions for healing backs, sports injuries, cancer patients, and for people living MS. We are currently sponsored by the National MS Society Washington State Chapter, Cancer Life Line, and the Washington State Brain Injury Association.

    There is an enormous range and variety of yoga approaches out there right now from very gentle and therapeutic to very strong and athletic. Make sure to be clear about what you're getting yourself into!
