Introduction: I repair houses and apartments for people, and I enjoy my work. I also repair appliances, both very new and very old. I offer remodeling of the following: * Bathrooms including tubs, enclosures, and tile * Kitchens including cabinetry and countertops * Bedrooms, closets, windows, pocket doors, and pony walls * Wheelchair access and assisted-living retrofitting I do the following repair services: * Electrical work * Carpentry * Changing or hanging of light fixtures * Porch, deck or stair repair * Replace receptacles and on/off switches * Pony walls and cedar siding/fence * Rewiring entire houses * Framing walls/windows I also do plumbing, painting, and garbage disposals. I do the following: * Airless spray, roll or brush * Replace both single and double sinks * Drywall repair to match * Install dishwashers and sink faucets * Apartment model units with accent wall * Water heaters * Install and/or repair toilets My roofing and flooring services are as follows: * Patching flat and sloped roofs * Carpet, linoleum, vinyl, Pergo, and varying pitches and slopes with 3-tab composition * Tile * Underlay paper and sheathing as needed I also offer maintenance of apartments. I do turnover, routine, temporary, seasonal, and major repairs. I do preventive and winterization, and general maintenance of buildings.
