- What types of customers have you worked with?
We fix computers and iPhones all day long. Malware, such as viruses and adware, is a pervasive problem now, and anti-virus software usually isn't enough to get rid of it. We also see a lot of hard drive failures, and we can replace the drive, saving most of the files without big expense. We can also fix dropped laptops, that need new hinges or need the power port re-soldered to the motherboard. With hundreds of other common problems, we can fix them all for a fixed price.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are a lot of good repair shops for iPhones and computers. We are one of the few that offer game console repair. You shouldn't have to drive a long way. Choose a close shop or we can come to you. Also, make sure they offer free diagnosis, otherwise you might end up paying for nothing. When looking for data recovery, ask about the clean room service. You don't want a lot of messing around with a failing disk before it goes to a clean room, or the opportunity to recover the data can be lost.
