The team at Nwpm Construction are true artists and professionals. They were on time, delivered what they said they would at the affordable price they quoted, and left the place spotless. I hired them to build an arch into our bedroom cubby and pony wall for our living room built-ins and wow did they deliver. Arches are hard and they managed it with such ease. I’ve already recommend them to my sister and friends.

Just do better. They scheduled me an onsite estimate for today at 2pm. At 2:30pm I texted for an update on time, no response. At 3:30pm I received a message saying they don’t service my area (Bellingham WA). I gave my address in advance when I scheduled. Complete lack of competence, do not recommend.

I would NOT RECOMMEND this contractor to anybody unless you want to go through the same bad experience. This pro made an appointment with me for 1 pm. He never showed up at 1 pm. I tried calling him, but he never responded to my phone calls. I texted him but still have yet to respond. After, two hours late for our appointment, he called and said he was coming to my place. I told him it was okay because I was waiting for him. Unfortunately, after 30 minutes, he texted me, "So many messes look for someone else..." I had canceled other appointments because of him, yet he is so unprofessional to take our appointment for granted and twist then cancel me as he wishes. I would not want others to experience this, so book him at your own RISK.
